Client Relations Officer

Purpose of the Job (Main Objective of the Position)

  • Before and After Sales support

  • Responsible for the training clients on the use and working of the company products and services

  • Responsible for execution of the company sales strategy


  • Education:
    A minimum of a diploma in a Business related course.

  • A Certificate in sales and marketing related courses is added advantage.


  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competition

  • Sell products by establishing networks and developing relationships with prospects

  • Conduct sales visits

  • Demonstrate and present products

  • Maintain accurate records for report generation

  • Review sales performance and achieve sales targets

  • Negotiate contracts.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution

  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience in sales or marketing within the FMCG business

  • Self-driven personality with demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

  • Proven team player skills

  • Ability to meet sales targets

  • Strong selling and negotiating skills

  • Confident, well-spoken

  • The ability to write reports and proposals

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Familiarity with the local language of the region
